Kaitlyn Moser's journey began during her time in the architecture program at Grand Ledge High School. With a keen eye for design and an innate love for creating functional spaces, Kaitlyn excelled in her studies, culminating in the creation of a remarkable model showcasing one of our Ranch floorplans. Her attention to detail and thoughtful approach in bringing the home to life truly impressed us.
Following in Her Mother's Footsteps:
Inspired by her mother Carolyn Moser, a respected real estate agent at Impact Real Estate, Kaitlyn is eager to follow in her footsteps and forge her own path in the industry. As she turns 18 at the end of July, Kaitlyn has already set her sights on obtaining her real estate license in the fall. Her dedication to learning and growing in the field is admirable.
A Promising Future:
Kaitlyn has ambitious plans for her future. Alongside pursuing a degree in engineering at Lansing Community College, she aims to join her mother at Impact Real Estate, where she hopes to contribute her skills and assist in various aspects of the Oak Ridge Homes marketing and sales team. From data entry to hosting open houses, managing social media, and handling marketing and advertising, Kaitlyn is determined to make a meaningful impact.
